Remove old paint & coatings.  Test the integrity of the secondary containment.  Re-coat the containment area.  Repair dents and other damages.  Repaint outside with non-chaulking chemical resisant coatings.

Retrofit your unit by adding additional equipment or equip your buildings with a Solar Power Kit.
